18^th National Children's Science Congress -2010

VELS University had the honour of co-hosting the 18th National Children’s Science Congress. This was held at University campus between 27TH December and 31ST December 2010.

• Inaugurated by Honble Chief Minister of Tamilnadu
• Around 650 Child Scientists and 450 Guide Teachers across the Country, DST Officials and from other bodies which hosted the 18th National Children’s Science Congress numbering about 1,600 delegates participated.
• Students from South Asian Countries also participated.
• Eminent Personalities such as Dr.Yashpal Sharma, Dr.Mayilsamy Annadurai, Dr.Venki Ramakrishnan.have participated in the National Children’s Science Congress.
